Eligibility for Returns:

• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Custom-embroidered items are not eligible for returns unless there is a defect.

Return Process:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery at shaharag01@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Once approved, ship the product back to us. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
